The Storm Is Not God

Hi, it's Michele.

Thank you for joining me for this segment of Holy Spirit You.

Matthew 14 talks about the Lord telling the disciples to go before Him in the boat.  And, then they get stuck.  About mid-way, they get stuck in the boat in a storm.

But, what I want to encourage you in today is that you understand that the storm cannot become God to us.  The storm can never become God to us because the Lord Jesus knew when He put us in the boat that the storm would come.  He is still God, but we should never allow the storm to become God to us.

My name is Michele. Thank you for joining me for this segment of Holy Spirit You.

Always remember that if He put us in the boat, He intends to get us to the other side.

Bye-bye.

What Are You Fighting For? (Part 2)

Hi, it's Michele.

Thank you for joining me for this segment of Holy Spirit You.

Coming to you with another micro message about victory...the victory that we have in Christ.

We are not trying to get a victory in Christ, we already have one.
So, one of the reasons we're not seeing victory is because we refuse to obey the Lord.

I would dare say that we rebel against the Lord, but we are to be his vessels for the manifestation of the kingdom of God in the earth.

That includes loving our neighbors.  Loving God first so that we can love our neighbors.

Until that happens, we will not see the victory, the completed work of Christ in the earth through us.

Thank you for joining me for this segment of Holy Spirit You.

I will see you next time.  Bye-bye.

What Are We Fighting For?

Hi, it’s Michele.

Thank you for joining me for this segment of Holy Spirit You.

I just wanted to stop by real quick.  I’m going to be doing a series of these micro messages, but today’s message is about the completed victory of Christ.

As a body of Believers, one of the things that we do is we tend to walk around as if we're waiting for a victory. What we have to do is walk in the completed work. We're not fighting for a victory because that would be saying that the work of Christ is not complete. The work of Christ is complete or we wouldn't be here. So, we are not fighting for a victory.

We are fighting, so to speak, for the manifestation of the Victory and even in that fighting, the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but are mighty through God.  That means that we are not supposed to engage as the world engages, but we are to fight in the spirit. We are to war in the spirit through prayer, praise and worship in order to bring forth the manifested victory of Christ.

My name is Michele. Thank you for joining me for this segment of Holy Spirit You.

I'll see you next time. Bye-bye.
